Meet Dr. Tori Blem

Dr. Victoria Blem, DDS (Dr. Tori) began working as a dentist at Southwest Dentistry in 2022, after obtaining her Doctor of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University and her Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University in 2014. The summer after her first year of undergrad she began working for her childhood dentist as his assistant. It was working in that position and seeing the real relationships the dentist had with his patients that sold her on becoming a dentist. “It’s becoming a true installment in patients’ lives, watching families grow, and caring for people year after year that motivates me to be the best provider I can be for my patients that become friends,” Dr. Tori says. She loves that seeing patients every six months at check-ins allows her to build trust and relationships with her patients. 

When not working, Dr. Tori enjoys spending time with her husband, James, and their two dogs Rusty and Woody. Together they enjoy being outside, hiking at Hocking Hills and exploring new trails. She also enjoys gardening and growing her own produce. In the fall you can find her around a campfire or rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes or Cleveland Browns. When the weather gets colder she enjoys playing cards, board games, or getting lost in a good book. She also is a non-picky foodie who enjoys a good happy hour. Someday she would love to see the Northern Lights (the top thing on her lengthy bucket list).
