Cara

Cara is the office manager at Southwest Dentistry and joined the team in 2025. With a bachelor’s degree in business management and certification in medical and dental coding, Cara brings over 27 years of experience to her role. She helps patients reach their smile goals, keeps the practice running smoothly, and supports the financial health of the office. What she enjoys most is working with patients and seeing the confidence that comes from a healthy, happy smile.

Outside of the office, Cara enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, and spending quality time with her husband, their three daughters, and two dogs. One day, Cara hopes to go on a trip to Hawaii!
